The more you tell us, the more useful the first reply will be. Dates, party size, how long you have and roughly what you want to see is plenty to work from.

A line or two is enough, but we do need something to work with.

We reply to nearly everything within one working day. Sending this is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Your details are used to answer it and nothing else. See the privacy policy.

Before you write

Answers that might save you an email

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually within one working day, and faster on WhatsApp. If a trip is running we may be in the bush with patchy signal, in which case it can stretch to two.

Do I need to book flights first?

No, and we would rather you did not. Send us your rough window and we will tell you what is realistic before you commit to dates that will not work.

Which airport should I fly into?

Victoria Falls (VFA) for most of our packages. Some longer Botswana itineraries end at Maun (MUN), so you would fly in and out of different airports. The proposal will confirm which.

Do you arrange visas?

We do not issue them, but we will tell you exactly what you need. Most nationalities can get a Zimbabwean visa on arrival, and the KAZA UniVisa covers Zimbabwe and Zambia together when available.

Is travel insurance required?

We strongly recommend comprehensive cover including medical evacuation. Some lodges and activity operators require proof before you can participate.
